Thirty years in recruitment. Five years in estate agency. A background in banking and business, with a hands-on approach that now extends to gardens and grounds.
Working across the UK and overseas, Chay has built his career on understanding the people behind the projects. A background in banking and small business development led him into recruitment, from a start-up consultancy to founding his own company, URecruit Ltd.
Alongside recruitment, Chay has spent five years in estate agency, working with residential and commercial property across the UK. His experience includes buying and selling, developed while working alongside an established estate agency.
CJS Consulting Services Ltd is the next chapter: a focused, independent consultancy built to offer clients and candidates a more personal, one-to-one service.
As a Fellow of the Recruitment & Employment Confederation (FREC), Chay brings a longstanding commitment to the recruitment profession.
